So these are my shoes...probably MY MOST FAVORITE shoes and if I'm not wearing flip flops you can almost bet your paycheck I've got these on. These shoes have walked everywhere. You think I'm kidding? I've probably been wearing this particular pair more than five years.

Well, yesterday the new pair arrived on my doorstep in the plain brown and black box I know so well.
Gasp! They...are...so...beautiful...
... And I'm certain it wasn't until I took those blinding white shoes out of their box that I realized just how lived in and loved my old pair was.
Just look at all the living I've been doing! As I trade one pair in for another I can't help but look to the future and wonder what this pair has waiting for it.
